11+ Term Time and Intensive Holiday Course Enrolment
We are accepting enrolments for courses that begin up to and including September 2031.
Please read our payment FAQs below before enrolling
New students are welcome to join a course at any time during the year, subject to availability. If your child joins after the first lesson, we will create a personalised payment plan based on the remaining lessons. This plan will be included with your course welcome letter. If you would like to review the payment plan before enrolling, simply contact us.
How to Enrol for Our Courses
Enrol below and pay an upfront payment to secure your child’s place.
Once your child is enrolled in a Year 4 term-time course, there is no need to re-enrol for Year 5. We will contact you at the appropriate time to confirm your preferred lesson choice for Year 5.
You will immediately receive a confirmation email upon enrolment.
Within 2 working days, you will also receive a personalised course welcome letter. Additionally, we will send you an invoice for the upfront payment—this is for your records only, as the payment is made by credit/debit card during the online enrolment process.
Your fee invoices will include all essential payment information.
If you select Direct Debit as your payment method, your first monthly invoice-or final holiday course invoice-will include instructions for completing a mandate. Additionally, we accept payments via debit/credit card, Tax-Free Childcare, Childcare Vouchers, and the Childcare Grant Payment Service (CGPS).
FAQs
If your child joins after the first lesson, we will create a personalised payment plan tailored to the remaining lessons. This plan will be included in your course welcome letter. If you’d like to review the payment plan before enrolling, simply contact us, and we will be happy to provide it.
The upfront payment serves as the first contribution towards the total cost of the course. The remaining term-time course fees are paid in monthly instalments. For the Easter course, the remaining fees are invoiced on 1st February (or immediately if you enrol after 1st February). Similarly, for the summer course, the remaining fees are invoiced on 1st June (or immediately if you enrol after 1st June).
Our fees are distributed evenly across the year in equal monthly instalments as part of a convenient payment plan. This ensures that the amount you pay remains consistent, regardless of the number of lessons in any given month. This approach provides clarity and transparency, so you always know exactly what to expect.
You will be provided with a fees schedule outlining the exact due dates for your monthly payments, which are made a month in advance of lessons.
Payment deadlines depend on your chosen payment method:
- Direct Debit or credit/debit card: Fees are due by the 30th of the month.
- Tax-Free Childcare, Childcare Vouchers, or The Childcare Grant Payment Service: Fees are due by the 20th of the month.

Upfront Payment Amounts
The upfront payment counts as the first contribution towards your child's course fees.
For students starting a term-time course in September, the upfront payment is deducted from the total course fee, and the remainder is split into monthly payments made a month in advance (see our fees pages for details).
If your child joins mid-year, the upfront payment is deducted from the remaining course fees, and a personalised payment plan will ensure you only pay for lessons after your child joins.
For Easter and summer courses, the upfront payment is deducted from the total fee, with the remaining balance invoiced in February (for Easter courses) or June (for summer courses). If you enrol after these dates, the remaining fees are invoiced immediately.
