11+ Term Time and Intensive Holiday Course Enrolment

Please see our FAQs below if this is your first time enroling.

We currently accept enrolments for students starting up to and including the 2031-32 academic year.

New students are welcome to join a course at any point, not just at the start of the year (subject to availability). If your child joins after the start of term, we will provide a personalised payment plan so that you only pay from their first lesson.

FAQs

What do I get for my upfront payment?

The upfront payment is the first payment towards the total cost of your child’s course. For students joining from the start of a term time course in September, we deduct the upfront payment from the total course fee and the remaining amount is split into monthly payments, which are paid a month in advance of the lessons (please see our fees pages for more information). If your child joins us after the start of any academic year, your upfront payment will be deducted from the remaining cost of the course and we will send you a personalised payment plan when you sign up so that you do not pay for any lessons that took place before they joined us.

For Easter and summer courses, we deduct the upfront payment from the total course fee and the remaining amount is then invoiced on 1st February for Easter courses (or immediately, if you enrol after 1st February) or 1st June for summer courses (or immediately, if you enrol after 1st June).

What happens if my child joins a term-time course after the first lesson?

If your child joins a term-time course after the first lesson, we will provide a personalised payment plan so that you only pay from their first lesson.

Can I pay using Tax-Free Childcare or Childcare Vouchers?

All fees are paid by Direct Debit, Debit/Credit Card, Childcare Vouchers or Tax-Free Childcare. We’ll send you specific payment details when invoices are issued.

We have made the decision to no longer accept payments via the Childcare Grant Payment Service (this is for parents who are in full time education).

Can I also pay my upfront payment with Childcare Vouchers or Tax-Free Childcare?

For all classroom-based courses, you can use Childcare Vouchers or Tax-Free Childcare to pay your course fees. To simplify our processes, we no longer accept upfront payments using these tax-saving schemes. However, since the remaining fees constitute the majority of the course cost, using these schemes will still allow you to save on most of the fees.

Are there any discounts?

If you have more than one child attending our courses during the same term, you are eligible for a 5% sibling discount on our term time courses. We will apply this discount to the fees for both of your children.
