When Is Your Child Joining?
Starting Immediately
Once you enrol, you’ll receive a personalised payment plan alongside your course welcome letter. This plan will be calculated based on the current fees shown in the 'What are the fees?' section below, adjusted proportionally for the remaining lessons in the course. You’ll only pay for lessons from the point your child joins onwards-no charges will be made for lessons that took place before enrolment.
Prefer to see the fees before enrolling? Simply contact us, and we will provide all the details you need.
Joining in September 2025
The online tuition fees for the 2025/26 academic year are outlined on the page below.
Thinking Ahead to September 2026 or Later
You don’t need to wait for fees to be announced to secure a space-we are currently accepting enrolment for courses starting up to and including September 2031. Fees for each academic year are confirmed in April of the year it starts. For instance, fees for the 2026-27 academic year will be finalised and communicated by April 2026. Any changes will reflect adjustments in costs, but we aim to keep increases minimal.
What Is Included in the Fees?
Our course fees include all books and resources needed to support your child's learning. With expertly planned lessons and detailed feedback, we ensure every student receives the guidance they need to thrive-providing structured support with a clear and comprehensive approach.
What Are the Fees?
All fees include VAT. At enrolment, you’ll pay a non-refundable upfront payment by card via our website and select a payment method for monthly fees: Direct Debit or Debit/Credit Card. Due to government regulations, the online course cannot be paid using Tax-Free Childcare, Childcare Vouchers, or the Childcare Grant Payment Service.
Payment FAQs
If your child joins after the first lesson, we will create a personalised payment plan tailored to the remaining lessons. This plan will be included with your course welcome letter. If you’d like to review the payment plan before enrolling, simply contact us, and we will be happy to provide it.
The upfront payment is your first payment towards the total cost of the course. The remainder of the course is paid in 11 monthly payments of £155 (2025/26 academic year).
Our fees are spread across 11 equal monthly payments as part of a payment plan. This means that the number of lessons in a given month does not affect the amount you pay. This approach ensures clarity and consistency, so you always know exactly how much you will be charged each month.
Fees are due by the 30th of the month.
Our 2025/26 online courses are paid for in 11 monthly instalments of £155, made a month in advance of lessons, between August and June. The course runs from September to July and includes an additional refresher lesson for Year 5 students just before the 11+ exam.
